Callens, Pirenne, Theunissen & C°'s audits in Belgium will always abide by the standards of the Instituut der Bedrijfsrevisoren. For international clients the audits may be performed in compliance with the International Standards of Auditing (ISA).
If necessary Belgian accounting law or IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) may be used as a frame of reference.
Callens, Pirenne, Theunissen & C° may also act as auditor or a company auditor for specific transactions such as a contribution of capital in kind, the alteration of the company’s objects, change of corporate status, a projected merger or split-up or the voluntary liquidation of your organisation.
